Tip Amount Formula: Tip = Bill × (Tip% / 100). For example, a 20% tip on a $65 bill = $65 × 0.20 = $13.00.

Total Bill Formula: Total = Bill + Tip Amount = $65 + $13 = $78.00.

Per Person Amount: Total ÷ Number of People. If 3 people are splitting $78: each person pays $26.00.

When splitting a bill, it's common to round up to a convenient number to avoid dealing with exact change. For example, $25.67 per person might be rounded up to $26.
