How to Use

If the end time is earlier than the start time, the calculator assumes the span crosses midnight (overnight) and adds 24 hours.
How It Works
This calculator finds the duration between two clock times. The difference is calculated in minutes and then converted into hours and remaining minutes.
Overnight support: If the end time is before the start time, the calculator assumes the end time falls on the following day and adds 24 hours to the result.
Decimal hours: The result is also shown in decimal hours, which is useful for timesheet and billing calculations. For example, 2 hours 30 minutes = 2.50 decimal hours.
